The Problem

• Onboarding a new client meant slogging through the same manual checklist: create a folder hierarchy in Google Drive, spin up a new Canva workspace, collect and paste links, draft and send an intro email.
• Each step was simple, but together it chewed up about an hour per client.
• Worse, small errors crept in — missing links, wrong folder names — which led to frustrating back-and-forth with clients.
